SUMMARY OF WARSAW HVAC EXPO 2026 TRADE FAIR

The fourth edition of the International Trade Fair of Heating Technology, Ventilation and Air Conditioning WARSAW HVAC EXPO 2026 is now behind us. The event brought together experts and market leaders in one place, thanks to whom participants were able to familiarize themselves with the latest solutions and trends. During the trade fair, over 400 exhibitors presented their offer, representing nearly 1,100 brands, which translated into three days of intensive meetings, product premieres, presentations, and B2B discussions. The trade fair once again confirmed that it is a space where one can not only discover innovative technologies but also gain up-to-date knowledge and exchange experiences with industry representatives.

Day 1 – premieres, conferences and Trade Fair Medals

The first day of WARSAW HVAC EXPO 2026 was marked by premieres and a rich substantive program. Conferences, presentations, and discussions of the latest solutions in the industry took place.

The program included speeches, among others, by prof. WSSIP dr eng. arch. Roman Pilch as part of events organized by Instytut Budownictwa Optymalnego and Akademia Budowy Domu. Guests could also participate in the 4th HVACR 360° Congress – Biznes, Trendy, Premiery, where specialists, companies, and decision-makers of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry presented innovations and discussed the challenges facing the sector.

Polskie Stowarzyszenie Instalatorów Wentylacji prepared a lecture block titled “Efektywność energetyczna systemów wentylacyjnych w budownictwie energooszczędnym i pasywnym”, focusing on modern design and execution solutions that make it possible to combine high installation performance with the minimization of energy consumption. In turn, the TAT ECO conference, devoted to the transformation of thermal energy, showed the broad context of modernization and innovation, particularly important in times of growing pressure for efficiency.

An important point of the day was the awarding of Trade Fair Medals, granted for the best heating solutions, ventilation and air conditioning systems, innovations, and energy efficiency.

  • In the category “Najlepsze Rozwiązanie Grzewcze i Pompy Ciepła”, the medal was received, among others, by: FLEXIT Polska, Rakoczy Stal, OEM Energy, Hien, PRYMUS.
  • „Najlepszy System Wentylacji i Klimatyzacji” was presented, among others, by: Ventia, SFM Filtry, Clima Gold, IGLOTECH, Solvent.
  • In the category “Innowacje w Automatyzacji i Sterowaniu HVAC”, the following were distinguished: EL-Piast, Ziehl-Abegg Polska, HT Heiztechnik, Alfaco Polska, Airzone and HF INVERTER Polska Sp. z o.o.
  • In the category “Energooszczędność i Efektywność Energetyczna”, the following were distinguished: METFORMER, Alnor Systemy Wentylacji, REFSYSTEM, Free Polska, BELIMO SIŁOWNIKI S.A. and Winterwarm Polska.

The trade fair partners were also awarded: Kołton, Izba Gospodarcza Urządzeń OZE, ŚWIAT KOMINKÓW, Chłodnictwo i Klimatyzacja, who supported the event substantively and in terms of image.

Day 2 – technology, law and responsibility as well as B2B discussions

The second day of the trade fair was marked by business meetings and discussions about key trends and challenges facing the HVAC industry. The discussions held in the trade fair zones concerned specific projects, investments, and directions of company development, and the event became a space conducive to making strategic decisions and establishing partnerships.

On that day, the conference “Rynek HVAC w roku 2026 – technologia, prawo, odpowiedzialność” took place, devoted to the most important challenges and directions of market development in the coming months. The organizer of the event – Izba Gospodarcza Urządzeń OZE – invited experts and market representatives to discussions about new technologies, legal changes, and the environmental responsibility of the sector. An important element of the program was also the legislative perspective: among the invited guests were Members of the Sejm RP Michał Połuboczek and Krzysztof Mulawa, who brought regulatory and systemic context to the discussion.

At the same time, throughout the entire duration of the trade fair, the Podcast Zone was operating – a space for conversations with leaders of the HVAC market. Live interviews with exhibitors and experts took place, along with presentations of innovations, discussions about trends, and analyses of market development directions.

Day 3 – the finale of the event, training sessions and thematic zones

The third, final day of WARSAW HVAC EXPO 2026 was a summary of product premieres, a continuation of B2B meetings, and a time for practical presentations of solutions. Particular attention was drawn to events carried out within thematic zones and training blocks.

As part of the conference of Instytut Budownictwa Optymalnego and Akademia Budowy Domu, the 3rd day of lectures and training sessions took place. The program included, among others: Adam Kleczewski, eng. Robert Majsterek and dr eng. Rafał Dybicz, as well as presentations of market solutions and issues related to design and execution practice.

The Strefa Ognia (organizer: Świat Kominków) also attracted great interest – a meeting and discussion space devoted to solutions for the fireplace and stove sector and the directions of development of this part of the market.

An important point of the day was the conference of the social campaign “Drewno Pozytywna Energia”. Experts presented conclusions from the report concerning local space heaters and discussed the future and challenges of the fireplace and stove industry in Poland. The meeting had the character of a substantive B2B debate, focused on a strategic view of market development.

WARSAW HVAC EXPO 2026 once again confirmed that it is a place for real business discussions, technological premieres, and reliable knowledge about the directions of change in the industry.
